Maintenance Mechanic IILocation:
South Miami, FL, US
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs, such as plumbing, electrical, painting, patching, carpentry, etc.
- Broad knowledge of the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, machinery such as pressure washers, compressors, etc.
- Able to function in inclement weather, hazardous conditions, and know how to work safely under these conditions.
- Performs one or more skilled tasks in different areas, such as carpentry, electrical, flooring, masonry, plumbing, etc.
- Must be acquainted with all with all emergency operating procedures and demonstrate the ability to operate all hospital systems in emergency conditions.
