Job Title and Location
Maintenance Manager – Opa Locka, FL (Supply Chain Solutions)
Compensation & Schedule- Exempt position
- Salary paid twice per month
- Annual salary: $95,000–$101,000 based on experience
- Day shift schedule

- Repair all equipment, machinery, electrical and power systems, and building systems to ensure uninterrupted services and operations.
- Recommend and plan maintenance programs and work schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
- Install and repair equipment, and train employees on maintaining machinery and performing trial runs to meet performance rates and quality specifications.
- Manage maintenance service and repairs in plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing and electrical servicing.
- Manage facility layout changes, including setting up conveyors, racking, relocating machinery and equipment.
- Ensure safety and security measures are established and implemented.
- Assist with manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to diagnose repair needs and troubleshoot electrical circuitry and systems.
- Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Ability to train employees on equipment maintenance.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3–5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance.
- 3–5 years’ experience designing, implementing, and managing a preventive maintenance program.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of schematics, battery maintenance, HVAC, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, DC controllers, and AC drives for powered lift equipment.
- Knowledge of forklift, order picker, and reach truck repair.
- Rapid conveyor knowledge.
- Proficiency in diagnosing repair needs and troubleshooting electrical circuitry and systems.
- Knowledgeable in equipment procedures and safety measures.
- Experience with high-voltage electrical, motors, hydraulics, and general mechanics.
- Experience with conveyors.
