Position Overview As a
** Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician**, you will service, maintain, and repair commercial and supermarket refrigeration systems in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for a self-motivated technician who takes pride in high-quality work and can operate independently while representing Five Star Refrigeration with professionalism.### What You’ll Do
* Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and supermarket refrigeration systems, including:  + Rack systems  + Walk-in coolers and freezers  + Reach-ins and self-contained equipment
* Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and performance
* Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with minimal supervision
* Work safely and in compliance with all company and industry safety standards
* Provide excellent customer service in a 24/7 service environment, including participation in an on-call rotation
* Work with multiple refrigerants while maintaining EPA and regulatory compliance
* Accurately document service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities
* Support additional service areas as business needs require
* Perform other duties as assigned by leadership### What We’re Looking For
* ** 3+ years
** of hands-on commercial HVAC/refrigeration experience
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
* Technical training through an apprenticeship, trade school, RSES program, or equivalent field experience
* ** EPA Certification (required)
*** Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
* Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and customer-focused mindset###
