Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional pest control services and management to our valued customers. This position requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in various environments and weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough visual inspections for pests, pest harborage, and entry points at residential and commercial properties.

Communicate findings and recommendations with customers clearly and professionally.

Implement effective pest control strategies and treatments to address customer concerns.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized solutions for their pest, termite, and rodent issues.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Apply pesticides and rodenticides within the confines of the Law Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:

Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.

Detail-oriented with the ability to identify pest-related issues and implement appropriate solutions.

Very reliable and punctual when it comes to reporting to work and service appointments.

Ability to work independently, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and environments, including indoor, outdoor settings, heights and tight spaces.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
