Fire Sprinkler Apprentice (Apply Now)
- At least 18 years old
- No prior experience is required
- Willing to lift up to at least 50 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Willing to climb ladders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
- Willing to work as an apprentice
- Preparation and organization of materials in jobsites
- Must have a dependable transport to and from work
- Must pass drug screen
- Must successfully pass an employment background investigation
The primary responsibilities include learning NFPA Standards, OSHA regulations, and being willing to learn the trade of installation and fabrication of fire sprinkler systems.
Fire Sprinkler Fitter (Apply Now)- Minimum 4 years related experience
- Experience with installation, service, testing, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Fire Sprinklers, Fire Pumps, Backflows, and Standpipes are required
- Knowledge of NFPA code handbooks
- Able to work unsupervised and highly self-motivated and detail oriented
- Maintain knowledge of current industry standards and new technologies
- Must have a valid Driver License and clean DMV record
- Must pass drug screen and reference check
Must successfully pass an employment background investigation - Must have basic tools including hand tools
The primary responsibilities include performing installation, maintenance and repair of Wet, Dry, Pre-Action and Deluge Sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA code requirements.
Fire Sprinkler Designer (Apply Now)- Create drawings through AutoCAD and Auto Sprink type programs
- Review construction contract documents and coordinate with sub-contractors and General Contractor/owner to gather the required information to design the project’s sprinkler system
- Create stock list for all material required throughout the project
- Perform hydraulic calculations
- Maintain design historical records for future use
- Coordinate with other departments within office to ensure proper handover of job information
- Knowledge of NFPA code handbooks
- Able to work unsupervised and highly self-motivated and detail oriented
This individual will design fire sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. Close coordination with the project manager, project superintendent, and sales representative will be required throughout the life of the project.
