Position Summary

Maintenance Engineer – Pullman Miami Airport

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented Maintenance Engineer to perform a variety of maintenance trade functions including installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, HVAC, painting, wall repair, tile work, and upkeep of the preventative maintenance program at the resort/hotel.

• Perform general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform general electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring and air conditioning systems, switches, fixtures and motors.
• Make repairs on plumbing fixtures, piping, drains and sanitary systems.
• Make repairs to woodwork, wall vinyl, doors and windows, carpeting, etc.
• Perform general mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment, and other miscellaneous equipment.
• Keep records as required by company policy and procedures.
• Maintain logs on completed tasks.
• Prepare reports as requested by supervisors.
• Submit all requested reports/logs in a timely manner.

• Experience working in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull throughout duration of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Competitive hourly wage of $19.50 – $19.50.
