Lead Scaffold E&D Carpenters and mentor them on development;
Work with tools to assemble scaffolding and rigging;
Maintain knowledge of OSHA rules and scaffold materials to ensure safe loads;
Manage a small crew on site to erect and dismantle scaffolding under supervision
