Job Description
As a Field Service Technician II at Honeywell, you will be responsible for performing installation, maintenance, and repair of Honeywell equipment and systems at customer sites. You will apply your technical expertise to ensure high-quality service delivery, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor and you’ll work out of our location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the reliability and performance of Honeywell’s products in the field, ensuring customers receive timely and effective technical support and service.
Responsibilities- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Energy Efficiency (EE) measures at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members and support other technicians as needed.
- Complete documentation for each premise accurately, legibly, and timely.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Travel and function from a hotel room for this project; be willing to travel to other projects on a temporary basis.
- Perform all tasks in a safe manner using proper Personal Protective Equipment as intended.

- 2 years proven experience in field service or technical support roles involving equipment installation and repair.
- 2 years ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Associate degree, technical certification in electronics, mechanical, or industrial technology or two years of proven field installation experience.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in field operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
