Full-time Building Maintenance Technician role for a 151-unit residential property located in Miami, FL. The MMS Group supports apartment home upkeep and unit turnover across our properties.

• Regular Maintenance:
  Maintain residential apartment homes and other areas on the property, including building exteriors, interiors, and public areas.
• Repairs:
  Perform small appliance, plumbing, electrical, and other repairs in residential apartments and other areas of the property.
• Installation:
  Install tile and laminate flooring.
• Emergency Response:
  Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergency calls according to company policy.
• Unit Turnover:
  Manage turnover of empty apartment units, including repairs (sheetrock, taping, sanding, painting, doors, windows, light fixtures, etc.).
• Additional Duties:
  Perform other duties as outlined in the job description.

• Experience:
  
  Three+ years of residential multifamily property management or apartment maintenance.
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Skill:
  Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• License:
  Valid driver’s license.
• Tools:
  Possession of basic tools needed to perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  May require heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing, and carrying.
• Computer
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
