Flow is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keeps apartment homes and facilities safe and functional. You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks, and follow preventative maintenance programs, ensuring compliance and high resident service.
Responsibilities include preparing units for move-in, conducting inspections, managing supplies, and assisting with contractor coordination under the Facilities Manager’s guidance. Fluency in English is expected;
Spanish a plus.
