CSX is seeking a Freight Conductor to safely coordinate train crews, place rail cars for loading/unloading, and makeup/breakdown trains in yards or customer facilities. Training occurs at the Atlanta center with four weeks of paid instruction; hotel provided and meal allowances included.
Retention bonuses of $3,000 after year 1 and $2,000 after year 2 are offered, with opportunities for overtime and higher earnings.
