Maintains and repairs machinery and equipment such as pumps, engines, motors, pneumatic tubes, and electrical apparatus;
Rebuilds fractional horsepower gasoline engines;
Repairs and replaces electric motors, switches, relays, transformers;
Repairs and opens defective locks, replaces worn or broken parts, fabricates new and duplicate keys, installs master lock system for an entire building center;
Repairs short circuits, opens circuits, installs new circuitry, changes ballasts, receptacles, switches and lighting fixtures
