Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Technician 2 - HVAC / Temperature Control (Shop) basedin Miami, FL.

What you’ll do:- You’ll be based out of Miami, FL service center and can expect to work in the Central Repair Shop.
- You’ll have an opportunity to work overtime and weekends, and there is a potential for travel.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop.
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
- 4-7 years of experience working on commercial HVAC equipment, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
- Experience with calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, along with reading and knowing schematics.
- Based on the customer requirements, you may be required to obtain and maintain a TWIC card or valid DOT medical card.
- You will either be out on your own or teamed up with another technician(s) to set up and operate equipment at the shop.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 75 lbs.

- Must be able to stand, walk and sit for prolonged periods of time; and be able to walk over uneven terrain with functional balance that does not require any special assistive devices.
- Must be able to move the extremities and spine through a functional range of motion that will permit work to be safely performed from ground / floor level to full overhead level.
- Must have good finger dexterity to manipulate small items, functional hand-eye coordination, and functionally grip with adequate strength to safely hold tools and stair railing or ladders.
- Must be able to safely meet the physical demands outlined in the Essential Physical Capacities Assessment and pass the post-offer physical abilities assessment, which includes being able to lift (60 lbs), push/pull (80 lbs), carry (60 lbs), climb stairs and ladders as well as a combination of climbing while carrying objects (15 lbs), stoop, kneel and squat.
