Plumber

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Plumber role based in the Miami and south Florida Area. The Plumber will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and related equipment in residential and commercial properties. Daily tasks include diagnosing issues, performing routine and emergency maintenance, testing systems for leaks and proper function, and ensuring all work meets local codes and safety standards.

The role interacts directly with clients to explain issues, recommend solutions, provide estimates, and deliver high-quality service. The Plumber will also maintain tools and materials, complete work orders and documentation, and collaborate with other team members to support project timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong practical skills in plumbing installation, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
• Proficiency working with different types of pipe materials and related fittings and fixtures.
• Experience performing routine maintenance and repair tasks, including preventative maintenance.
• Effective customer service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build client trust.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and work orders.
• Physical ability to work in confined spaces, lift equipment, and perform manual labor safely.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area.
• Relevant trade certification, apprenticeship completion, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
