Day Shift - General Maintenance Technician

ABM Industries -  - Responsibilities:
Co-assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring knowledge with basic plumbing, drywall patching, painting, flooring, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures.;
Independently executes multi-trade maintenance supporting asset reliability.;
Ensure repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities including but not limited to replacing faucets, unclogging drains, simple fixture installations (patching drywall, small touch-up painting, replacing sections of flooring such as tile).;
Assist with roof repairs (small leaks), minor general repairs (door adjustments, tightening fixtures, clearing drains), ability to work safely from lift as needed.;
Respond to spills and other emergency situations, performing janitorial and maintenance tasks as necessary.;
Troubleshoots plumbing and facility issues, medium projects, and provides task guidance.
