A Senior Foreman brings extensive experience leading large and complex projects. This role manages jobs from start to finish with minimal oversight, ensuring high-quality results and efficient operations.
What You'll DoLead larger crews and tackle the company's most challenging projects. Serve as a technical and leadership resource for the field team.
Responsibilities- Manage large crews or multiple smaller crews across projects
- Lead complex commercial and industrial plumbing projects
- Coordinate with other trades and plan project phases effectively
- Train and mentor other Foremen, Junior Foremen, Plumbers, and Helpers
- Identify ways to improve field operations and efficiency
- Provide technical guidance and leadership support to the field team
- Successfully manage large, complex projects
- Develop leadership skills in others, not just manage workers
- Maintain a strategic view of project planning and execution
- Build strong working relationships with Project Managers and customers
- Typical advancement timeline: 3–5 years of excellent performance as a Foreman
