Perform general facility maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical maintenance, HVAC, housekeeping, and grounds maintenance;
Inspect water and life safety systems and respond to fire system and emergency calls;
Develop and implement preventive maintenance and repair programs; train less-experienced staff;
Respond to service requests including hot calls, cold calls, and odor complaints;
Maintain logs of major components and coordinate with foreman on complex tasks
