We are looking for a mechanically inclined HVAC Maintenance Technician who wants to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. Previous HVAC experience is not required, but you must understand basic hand tools, learn quickly, communicate professionally, and take pride in thorough work. We will invest in training the right person and provide opportunities to grow into more advanced service responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance and tune-up services.
• Inspect equipment carefully and identify potential performance or safety concerns.
• Clearly explain system conditions and recommended next steps to customers.
• Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked company vehicle.
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Identify and document legitimate repair or replacement needs discovered during maintenance visits and communicate them accurately to the customer and service team.
• Continue developing technical knowledge through hands-on training and coaching.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with a basic understanding of hand and power tools.
• Some HVAC, construction, maintenance, automotive, or mechanical experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, awareness, intelligence, and information-retention skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to communicate clearly with customers regarding system condition, maintenance findings, and safety-related information
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
• Employment is contingent on completion of job-related background and drug screening requirements, where permitted by applicable law.
• Dependable, hardworking, and interested in building a lasting HVAC career.
• Able to work independently after training while remaining accountable to the team

Pay and Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Annual salary: $45,000 - $70,000 annually, based on prior HVAC/mechanical experience, licensing/certifications, and demonstrated ability to perform maintenance independently.
• Take-home company vehicle.
• 401(k) with company match.
• One week of vacation after one year and two weeks after two years.
• Sick days, personal days, and paid holidays based on tenure.
• Structured training and opportunities to advance into an HVAC Service Technician role.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime/weekend work as needed.
