Job Description
- Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and configures access control, security alarms, and closed circuit television systems
- Responds to customer service calls in a timely and efficient manner, troubleshoots and repairs as needed.
- Completes necessary documentation as per the Service Delivery Policy.
- Communicates with central dispatch on current work order status and receives updates on outstanding customer issues on a daily basis following the Service Delivery Policy.
- Participates in after hours service program
- Good verbal and written communication skills for summarizing tasks performed with customer.
