ADEX Corporation is seeking a hands‑on Operations Technician to support telecommunications infrastructure deployment, construction, maintenance, and operational activities in Miami, Florida. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in telecom field operations, fiber optics, wireless infrastructure, and network implementation projects who thrive in fast‑paced environments.

As an Operations Technician, you will support the implementation and maintenance of telecommunications facilities, including Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), Wi-Fi, Cell Towers, Small Cells, and Femtocell deployments. You will work closely with Operations Management and Construction Services teams to execute field activities ranging from equipment installation and cable termination to testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and preventive maintenance. The position requires a strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.

Successful candidates will play an essential role in ensuring network infrastructure is deployed, maintained, and operated according to quality and safety standards.

• Support deployment and implementation of telecommunications infrastructure projects.
• Assist with DAS (Distributed Antenna System), Wi-Fi, Cell Tower, Femtocell, and Small Cell installations.
• Perform cable pulling, cable routing, connectorization, and equipment mounting activities.
• Assemble equipment racks, cabinets, and associated infrastructure components.
• Test and troubleshoot coaxial and fiber optic cabling systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and operational support activities.
• Perform Commissioning and Wireless Communications (CW) testing activities.
• Support telecommunications construction and field implementation projects.
• Obtain and maintain required technical certifications and operational qualifications.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements throughout project execution.
• Coordinate with supervisors and project teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Perform additional operational and technical duties as required by management.

• High School Diploma, Technical Diploma, Associate Degree, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience supporting telecommunications infrastructure deployment or field operations.
• Knowledge of fiber optic and coaxial cable installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with DAS, Small Cell, Femtocell, Wi-Fi, and wireless communications systems.
• Experience with equipment installation, rack assembly, and site implementation activities.
• Understanding of telecommunications construction practices and field operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team‑oriented project environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in physically demanding field environments when required.

• Experience working on cellular tower or wireless network deployment projects.
• Fiber Optic Technician certifications.
• OSHA safety certifications.
• Experience with telecom commissioning, integration, and acceptance testing.
• Knowledge of telecom network operations and maintenance procedures.
