About This Role
We’re seeking skilled HVAC Retail Installers to join our installation team. This position involves installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Up to $5,000 signing bonus offered!Key Responsibilities
- Install ductwork (supply and return ducts) with proper sizing and sealing
- Install refrigerant lines, condensate drains, and piping per specifications
- Mount and secure HVAC equipment including heat pumps, furnaces, and condensing units
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Coordinate with other tradespeople on construction sites
- Maintain clean, organized work areas
- Adhere to safety regulations and building codes
- Minimum one year HVAC installation experience
- EPA certification required
- Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to use power tools effectively
- Must pass drug screening and background check
- Ability to safely lift objects over 50 pounds; climbing, standing, kneeling capacity
- Wear required personal protective equipment per OSHA regulations
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Blueprint and schematic interpretation skills
- Basic electrical and plumbing systems understanding
