Concrete Construction Worker

We are seeking motivated Construction Restoration Technicians to join our South Florida team. This position is ideal for candidates with construction experience who enjoy hands-on work and want to build a long-term career in the concrete restoration and structural repair industry. Technicians will assist with concrete repairs, steel preparation and replacement, waterproofing systems, coatings, caulking, stucco repairs, and other restoration activities on commercial and industrial structures throughout Miami-Dade County.

• Perform concrete repair and restoration work.
• Remove deteriorated concrete using hand and power tools.
• Prepare, clean, and repair reinforcing steel.
• Install replacement steel and repair materials.
• Apply waterproofing systems, coatings, and sealants.
• Complete caulking and joint repair work.
• Perform stucco patching and surface restoration.
• Assist with painting and protective coating application.
• Follow project plans and quality standards.
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, and swing stages when required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all OSHA and company safety requirements.

• OSHA 10 Certification.
• 2+ years of experience in construction, concrete, masonry, waterproofing, painting, or restoration.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use hand/power tools.
• Comfortable working outdoors in South Florida conditions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the shift.

• Experience with concrete construction and painting.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.

Work primarily outdoors in the elements, Monday through Friday, with some weekends as required.

This is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
