The Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic will perform day-to-day inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of aircraft airframe and powerplant systems in accordance with FAA regulations and OEM specifications. Responsibilities include conducting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, performing detailed inspections to ensure airworthiness, documenting all work performed, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. The role involves collaborating with other technicians and engineers to resolve technical issues, supporting AOG situations when required, and adhering to safety policies and quality standards on the hangar floor.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL.

• Strong proficiency in Power Plant maintenance, including inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of turbine engines.
• Hands-on experience in Aircraft Maintenance, covering scheduled and unscheduled checks, component replacement, and defect correction.
• Solid understanding of Aircraft Systems such as hydraulics, avionics, pneumatics, fuel, and environmental control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain Airworthiness through compliance with FAA regulations, OEM manuals, and company procedures.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Aircraft structures and materials, including repair techniques and corrosion prevention.
• Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate.
• Previous experience working on commercial or regional jet aircraft preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, service bulletins, and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, safety mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, as operational needs require.
