We are looking for an Maintenance Manager for our 4-star Hotel located in Miami.

• Prevent, detect and repair any malfunction or damage in the hotel's facilities, ensuring their proper operation.
• Control and optimize energy consumption, promoting efficient use of resources and sustainability.
• Plan, execute and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring full compliance.
• Ensure compliance with current Occupationsl Risk Prevention (ORP) regulations, as well as building self-protection and evacuation plans.
• Coordinate and supervise the technical maintenance team, as well as external subcontracted companies operating in the hotel.
• Manage the spare parts and consumables storeroom, ensuring proper availability and inventory control.

• Higher vocational training in maintenance-related specialties (electricity, HVAC, electromechanics, installations or similar).
• Strong knowledge of regulations applicable to public buildings.
• Proven and consolidated experience in maintenance, preferably in hotels or similar environments.
