HVAC Duct Installer

Airfresh AC & Mechanical is seeking an experienced and reliable HVAC Duct Installer to join our team full time. This role requires working both independently and within a small team, emphasizing quality duct fabrication and installation. • Fabricate and install HVAC ductwork according to mechanical drawings
• Perform duct fabrication with attention to detail and quality
• Use hand tools and measuring devices to complete tasks accurately
• Work collaboratively within a small team to complete projects
• Follow proper safety techniques during installation and lifting
• Handle moderate lifting, carrying, and maneuvering of materials up to 50 pounds

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
• 2+ years of duct fabrication experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Friendly, personable attitude with customer-focused approach
• Desire to exceed job requirements and contribute proactively
• Ability to safely lift and maneuver materials and equipment

• Technical certificate in HVAC or related field
• Proven teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Experience specifically in duct fabrication
