This is a secure, full-time field service position with a growing critical power specialist, offering clear technical development and progression toward Senior Technician and technical trainer routes as the service team expands.

You’ll join an established provider supporting essential customers where reliability matters, working on commercial and industrial standby generator systems alongside transfer switches and wider critical power equipment.

In this role you’ll travel across South Florida in a company vehicle completing preventive maintenance, fault finding, testing, and repairs on generator systems, while supporting emergency callouts and producing clear service reporting.

This role suits a motivated technician who wants to become a recognized specialist in power generation and critical backup systems through structured training and multi-manufacturer exposure.

• Field-based generator service role across South Florida, traveling to customer sites in a company vehicle
• Preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work on standby generator systems and related equipment
• Monday-Friday with on-call rotation (nights/weekends as required) and overtime available

• Strong mechanical fault finding plus basic electrical troubleshooting (12/24V DC and basic AC) and ability to read schematics
• Clean driver’s license with a customer-facing, independent approach to field work
