A community health organization in Miami is seeking a Housing Case Manager responsible for coordinating housing opportunities and services for clients, including HOPWA. The ideal candidate will have experience in social services, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a caseload effectively. Candidates with experience in HIV/AIDS care are preferred. This role requires travel within the community, thus personal transportation is a must.
This position will enhance community health outcomes for vulnerable populations.
