Intake Specialist | Immediate Hire

Miami, FL | $18/hour | Hybrid

We are working with a dynamic healthcare/social services organization that is seeking an Intake Specialist to perform intake, screening, and triage, helping connect individuals with appropriate programs and services. • Provide information and access to quality services for older adults that help keep them at home and in their community.
• Conduct intake and screening of callers to determine needs and appropriate services.
• Assist in triage by prioritizing cases based on urgency and available resources.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and referral information.
• Perform additional duties as required to support departmental goals.

• 2+ years of experience in social work or human services.
• Bachelor’s degree is a MUST.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in engaging with older adults and family members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel), with strong typing (45+ WPM).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach.
