Job Description Community Resource Specialist – Senior & Disability ServicesMiami, FL 33144 | Hybrid Schedule | 3 Days Onsite / 2 Remote | $18/hour
We are seeking a compassionate Community Resource Specialist to support elderly and disabled individuals by conducting intake assessments and connecting clients with vital aid programs and community services.
This position is ideal for candidates with nonprofit, social services, or case management experience who are passionate about serving vulnerable populations.

- Conduct client intake interviews and needs assessments
- Determine eligibility for support programs and community resources
- Help clients access services that support independent living and well-being
- Coordinate referrals and maintain accurate case documentation
- Support elderly individuals, disabled clients, and caregivers throughout the intake process
- MUST be fluent in both English and Spanish
- 2+ years of experience in social services, nonprofit organizations, healthcare support, or case management
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience working with seniors, disabled individuals, or community outreach programs preferred
