As Case Staffing and Truancy Case Manager, you’ll drive decisive, coordinated action when youth and families need formal support through Case Staffing Committee and Truancy Court pathways across Pinellas County.
Key responsibilities- Leading multidisciplinary case staffing meetings and documenting outcomes
- Tracking compliance with court orders and service plans, escalating concerns appropriately
- Partnering with schools, legal stakeholders, and community providers to keep cases moving forward
- Maintaining accurate records and clear, timely communication with involved parties
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, or related field
- 2+ years in case management or youth services (juvenile court/truancy experience preferred)
- Strong organization, writing, and verbal communication; sound judgment and accountability
- Ability to collaborate with diverse groups in task-focused settings

You’ll typically work Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm, with the pace staying energized and purpose-driven from start to finish.
