Intake Specialist
Miami, FL | Hybrid | $18/hr | Monday-Friday

What You Will Do- Conduct intake, screening, and triage for callers seeking services
- Assess client needs and connect them with appropriate programs and resources
- Prioritize cases based on urgency and available resources
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and referrals
- Serve as a compassionate first point of contact for older adults and their families
- Bachelor's degree in social work or human services (required)
- 2+ years of experience in social work or human services
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 45+ WPM typing speed
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and client-focused
