Youth Care Worker - Nights

Starting at $19 per hour. Schedule includes 4 hours of guaranteed overtime each pay period.

• Provide 24‑hour security and supervision to ensure the safety of our youth.
• Monitor and document behaviors.
• Afford and join youth during sports and recreation time.
• Assist and mentor youth as they learn and develop within the program.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of experience working with at‑risk youth in a direct care position, or 60 hours of college education and a valid driver’s license.
