SIFA Miami, CDI Customer Service Executive, soutient nos clients dans le cadre de nos activités internationales de transport et logistique. Basé à Miami (USA), vous gérerez les demandes clients, établirez les cotations et coordonnerez avec les bureaux à l’étranger.
Vous assurerez le suivi des expéditions aériennes et maritimes, émettrez les facturations et préparerez la documentation import/export selon le mode de transport, en lien avec les fournisseurs et les filiales US.
