• Conduct intake, screening, and triage for individuals calling in to access services and support
• Assess immediate and long-term client needs and connect them with appropriate programs
• Prioritize cases based on urgency and available resources
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and referrals
• Serve as a compassionate and knowledgeable first point of contact for older adults and their families

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field (required)
• 2+ years of experience in social work or human services
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• 45+ WPM typing speed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• A compassionate, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach
