Job DescriptionApex Systems is currently hiring for a Sr. Mobile Engineer with one of our top clients in the Miami, FL area. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining high‑quality, scalable, and secure mobile solutions across iOS, Android, and hybrid platforms, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience- 5‑7+ years of experience working on Native Android/iOS Development
- Expertise in native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) development
- Experience with hybrid frameworks such as React Native or Flutter
- Design, build, and maintain high‑quality, scalable, and secure mobile solutions while ensuring alignment with industry best practices and business objectives.
- Take business requirements through to project delivery.
- Actively contribute to technical architecture decisions, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and driving the implementation of mobile features and functionalities.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Troubleshoot and optimize mobile applications to enhance user experience and maintain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver high‑quality mobile solutions.
- Work within Agile development frameworks, ensuring timely delivery of features while maintaining software excellence.
- Employ strong problem‑solving skills, adapting to a fast‑paced environment and staying updated with emerging mobile technologies.
- Ensure mobile applications support the organization’s digital strategy, providing a seamless experience for users.
- Design & Architecture: Lead the design and development of mobile application architectures, selecting appropriate frameworks, libraries, and technologies for both native (iOS/Android) and hybrid solutions.
- Requirements & Development: Work closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Code Quality & Security: Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure compliance with mobile development standards, security protocols, and accessibility guidelines.
- Performance & Scalability: Optimize mobile applications for performance, battery efficiency, and responsiveness; identify and address performance bottlenecks and memory leaks.

Provide accurate estimates for development efforts, collaborate with project managers, and actively participate in Agile development processes. - Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging mobile technologies and evaluate new solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior and mid‑level developers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
