• Lead the development of an AI-driven SaaS platform for voice AI agents.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Manage databases (Postgre

• Leverage tools including Cursor and Claude Code.
• Collaborate closely with a small, high-calibre engineering team.
• Work fully onsite in Miami, collaborating with world-class talent.

• Strong Python backend experience, ideally with FastAPI.
• Cursor and Claude Code skills.
• Comfortable building 0–1 systems and taking full ownership.
• Thrives in fast-moving, startup environments and demonstrates genuine passion for AI and emerging technologies.
