Senior Software Engineer (AI Native Start-Up) – Miami, Florida
Salary: $150,000 – $250,000 + 401(k) + Health Benefits + PTO + Equity + Relocation + Career Growth

Responsibilities- Lead the development of an AI-driven SaaS platform for voice AI agents.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Manage databases (Postgre
SQL) and edge functions as part of a scalable architecture. - Leverage tools including Cursor and Claude Code.
- Collaborate closely with a small, high-calibre engineering team.
- Work fully onsite in Miami, collaborating with world-class talent.
- Strong Python backend experience, ideally with FastAPI.
- Cursor and Claude Code skills.
- Comfortable building 0–1 systems and taking full ownership.
- Thrives in fast-moving, startup environments and demonstrates genuine passion for AI and emerging technologies.
