This is a full-time, hybrid in-house and remote position located in Miami Lakes, Florida.
Duties & Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for internal customers to report issues.
- Respond to customers in a timely manner with solutions to their issues, or notification of escalation.
- Escalate issues to development or IT as appropriate.
- Continue communication with the customer as their issue progresses through the development pipeline.
- Collaborating with fellow designers, developers, and strategic planners to output amazing work in an agile environment.
- Basic understanding of web based software and systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills within a small team environment spanning teams that work on both development and business.
- Experience with Kanban software (such as Trello or Jira) to track issues.
