Senior Salesforce Engineer: Build Scalable, Secure Solutions

Responsibilities

A Senior Salesforce Developer will serve as an individual contributor responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and technical best practices. The role includes leading technical design discussions, building custom Salesforce solutions, identifying and mitigating design risks, ensuring solutions meet performance, security, and quality standards, and collaborating closely with product owners, architects, and engineering teams.

The developer will also mentor junior developers, contribute to testing strategies and automation, support production issues, and continuously improve development practices.

• Bachelor's degree required
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification required
• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Aura, and LWC
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform best practices, security model, and governor limits
• Experience designing scalable, secure Salesforce architectures
• Strong proficiency with Flows, object configuration, validation rules, and App Builder
• Experience with SOQL, SOSL, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Familiarity with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git/Git Hub, and modern Salesforce development lifecycle tools
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to independently own technical solutions while collaborating cross‑functionally

The pay range reflects the range we reasonably believe we would pay for this role. Employee pay is based on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs and may be modified in the future.
