• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ideate and deliver innovative AI‑driven products
• Utilize expertise in AI and Generative AI technologies to solve complex problems and enhance product functionality
• Design and implement user‑centered solutions with a focus on optimizing user experience through intelligent automation and personalization
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in AI and technology to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage
• Participate in the full lifecycle of product development, from prototyping to testing and implementation

• 5+ years of experience in an innovation role
• Proven experience in artificial intelligence, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI applications
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think analytically and creatively
• Solid understanding of user experience design and its integration with AI technologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A passion for innovation and a drive to explore new technological frontiers
• Experience with AI development tools and frameworks such as Lang Flow, Vector Shift, or similar
• Prior involvement in projects or products that utilized AI for enhancing user interactions or product capabilities
