The Web Engineering Lead will define and drive the technical vision for front‑end web development within their product area. This role owns the web layer, architecting scalable, performant, and accessible experiences using Angular, React, and modern JavaScript/Type Script frameworks
, while ensuring overall engineering health and delivery accountability. The Lead will participate in Agile ceremonies, align engineering progress with roadmaps, and collaborate across technology layers to deliver cohesive digital products.

• Lead front‑end engineering strategy and execution across product lines.
• Architect scalable, accessible, and high‑performance web applications.
• Drive adoption of modern front‑end patterns (micro‑frontends, design systems, component‑driven architecture).
• Ensure engineering progress aligns with product roadmaps and timelines.
• Collaborate with product, design, and delivery teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Oversee offshore and distributed teams, ensuring scope control and delivery closure.
• Maintain accountability for end‑to‑end delivery and engineering health.
• Influence technical direction across multiple teams or product areas.

• 7+ years of hands‑on front‑end development experience.
• 2+ years in a lead or technical leadership role.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript/Type Script .
• Strong experience with Angular (Angular 2+, RxJS, NgRx) and React (React, Next.js, Redux).
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and WCAG accessibility standards

• Proficiency with Graph
  
  QL and REST API integration

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright, Karma, Jasmine).
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, caching, bundle optimization).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale front‑end teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

• Experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes concepts for front‑end deployment.
• Knowledge of SSR/SSG patterns for performance and SEO.
• Familiarity with AEM or other CMS platforms

• Experience with e‑commerce or guest‑facing web applications at scale.
• Understanding of mobile web optimization and PWA patterns

• Exposure to Stencil.js for web component development.
• Experience with Nest.js (Node) for server‑side development.
