We are seeking an experienced, resourceful, and inventive Full Stack Web Developer to support an enterprise-wide data inventory effort and develop integrated solutions across multiple teams. The ideal candidate is excited to contribute to government innovation, values collaboration, and anticipates the needs of others.

• Develop software applications.
• Create software application tests and testing strategies.
• Script solutions to automate manual processes.
• Follow and instruct on version control processes.
• Build solutions to strengthen application security.
• Leverage application metrics for technical and business decisions.

• 11 years of relevant experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• U.S. Citizenship (required).
• Passion for developing content‑rich web applications, APIs, services, and scripts.
• Experience with Agile methodology and phase‑based delivery.
• Experience with JavaScript libraries such as Angular, Node.js, and TypeORM.
• Active DHS clearance (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with compiled and interpreted languages.
• Knowledge of application deployment.
• Confidence applying testing, security, and configuration management best practices.
• Experience in front‑end and back‑end software development.
• Familiarity with Unix‑based command line.
• Understanding of database structure and integration.
• Experience with CI/CD strategies.
• High degree of oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch, SQL, Neo4j, Nest.js, Kibana, Matomo, Marvel, Forever, Shibboleth/SAML, Stash, Git, Bit Bucket, Grunt, Selenium, Linux Admin.
