Senior Unity3D Developer

Candywriter is a leading mobile game studio located in Miami, Florida and part of the Stillfront Group. We have been developing niche gaming experiences for our players since the company's founding in 2006. Our collaborative team of developers, designers, and storytellers pushes the boundaries of interactive entertainment by creating games that are as fun as they are impactful.

We're looking for a skilled Senior Unity3D Developer to join the Bit Life team. You'll own the design, development, and maintenance of new core game systems and features, playing a central role in how we evolve the game for millions of players.

This position requires relocation to Miami, Florida. We offer relocation support to help make your move as smooth as possible - details are discussed during the offer stage.

YOUR MISSION

• Write clear, maintainable code for cross-platform mobile games.
• Collaborate with management, designers, artists, QA, and others to ensure games are responsive and engaging.
• Help management level estimate work, help in making effective tool choices, process improvements and identify and mitigate project risks.
• Contribute to a culture of continual improvement through knowledge sharing and participation in agile development.
• Implement new features for game titles we are currently working on.

YOUR BACKSTORY

• 6+ years of experience working in Unity and game development, at least shipped one game title.
• Excellent understanding of Unity3D and C#.
• Proven knowledge with the Unity Editor tools, and UI Development.
• Ability to inspect and debug code.
• Good understanding of iOS and Android platforms.
• Able to profile and fix performance issues.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
• Ability to work within a schedule in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for online or mobile games.
