Overview
Demand for applied AI in business software has never been higher. Softadom is hiring a Senior AI Engineer who can move beyond demos: integrate models into Django and React products, define guardrails, measure quality, and keep latency and cost under control at scale.
Responsibilities- Develop features such as intelligent search, document processing, workflow automation, and agent‑style assistants embedded in customer portals.
- Integrate AI models into Django and React products.
- Define guardrails, measure quality metrics, and manage latency and cost at scale.
- Collaborate with security and platform teams on data handling, PII boundaries, and failure modes.
- Experience shipping AI systems that users rely on daily.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering as an engineering discipline, not magical.
- Proficiency with Python, OpenAI or comparable providers, vector stores, background jobs, and structured logging for traceability.
- Ability to work with security and platform teams on data handling, PII boundaries, and failure modes.
