- Build and scale wallet infrastructure components, including wallet creation, signing flows, transaction orchestration, and lifecycle management.
- Implement and evolve programmable wallet primitives, such as modular signers, delegated transaction logic, and permissions enforced onchain.
- Build backend services, APIs, and frontend tools that empower developers to integrate Crossmint wallets and developer experiences at scale.
- Design scalable, secure systems that bridge onchain and offchain components while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
- Contribute to architecture and design documentation to shape the long-term evolution of Crossmint wallet products.
- Own features end to end from design to production deploy and iteration.

- Strong programming skills in at least one modern language such as Type Script (Ideal), JavaScript, Java, Python, or similar.
- Experience with wallet infrastructure, transaction systems, or blockchain-related services.
- Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including smart contract interactions, gas abstraction, and transaction life cycles.
- A product and ownership mindset with an ability to balance usability, security, and long-term reliability.
Strong Plus If You Have:
