Responsibilities:

• BSS architect experience is mandatory.

• Lead the design and development of scalable system architectures that meet business requirements.

• Oversee the implementation of Java 11-based solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of excellence.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine system requirements and specifications.

• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Develop and maintain architectural documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible.

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance system performance and development efficiency.

• Ensure that all systems are designed with security, scalability, and maintainability in mind.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business terms.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and development processes.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
