Lead Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI and data solutions that solve complex operational challenges.

This is a highly hands-on engineering role focused on developing scalable systems, data pipelines, cloud integrations, and AI-enabled workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments, enjoys solving real-world problems, and takes ownership of solutions from design through production deployment.

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade systems from end to end.
• Develop data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, APIs, and system integrations.
• Build scalable solutions using modern cloud technologies.
• Work across enterprise platforms and integrate multiple systems.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows, automation, analytics, and decision-support solutions.
• Partner closely with operational teams to deliver measurable business impact.

• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL

• Experience with data engineering, including ETL/ELT, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

• Proven ability to design, build, and deploy solutions into production.
• Experience solving complex, real-world business problems.
• Fluent Spanish required.

• Experience with Snowflake, Data Lakes, or modern data platforms.
• Exposure to AI/ML workflows or applied analytics.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems.
• Healthcare or other regulated industry experience is a plus.
