The Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Miami, FL. This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automated test frameworks and suites for web and SaaS applications, ensuring high reliability and performance of customer‑facing products. Day‑to‑day tasks include collaborating with product managers, developers, and data teams to understand requirements, creating detailed test plans and test cases, executing manual and automated tests, and analyzing results to identify defects and areas for improvement.

The engineer will oversee regression testing, integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, and help define quality metrics and best practices. The role also involves mentoring other QA team members, participating in code and test reviews, and contributing to continuous enhancement of testing tools, processes, and documentation.

• Strong Quality Assurance and Software Testing skills, including experience defining quality standards and testing strategies.
• Proficiency in designing, documenting, and maintaining detailed Test Cases for functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Hands‑on experience with Manual Testing for complex workflows and user experiences, including exploratory and usability testing.
• Deep expertise in QA Automation, including building and maintaining automated test suites and integrating them with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, or similar), and scripting in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST-assured) and performance testing concepts and tools is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with attention to detail and a focus on root‑cause analysis and defect prevention.
• Comfort working closely with engineering and product teams, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in SaaS, data‑driven products, or automotive technology solutions is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
