Senior Software Engineer (Backend / AI / Python / LLM)
Location:
Miami, Florida – Fully onsite (Relocation supported)
Salary: USD 150,000 – 210,000 per annum + equity + 401(k) + medical + PTO + relocation + technical progression.
Join a high-growth AI start‑up building backend systems powering conversational AI agents for outbound calls, delivered as production‑grade enterprise platforms.
We are seeking an engineer who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys solving hard backend and AI infrastructure problems, and wants clear progression.
The Person- Strong backend engineering experience with Python (FastAPI a plus)
- Experience working with or integrating LLMs / AI systems
- Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and data modeling
- Strong focus on testing, performance, and reliability
- Experience scaling backend systems in high‑growth environments
- Looking to join a high‑performance, ambitious engineering environment
- Design and build core backend systems powering LLM and AI platform performance
- Develop scalable Python / FastAPI services
- Own and evolve the data layer (PostgreSQL / Supabase)
- Work within a high‑calibre, AI‑obsessed engineering team
- Venture‑backed start-up with product‑market fit, approaching Series C
