Alivi is seeking a Lead Software Engineer with deep healthcare payer domain expertise to join our Cap Admin platform team in a hybrid role. You will bridge engineering execution and payer business knowledge, owning architecture and SME guidance to ensure domain requirements are captured before development begins.
The role requires senior-level experience inside payer/TPA environments and hands-on work with UB04, CMS‑1500, COB, UM, and capitation workflows.
