Product Manager​/Product Engineer; Founding Team

1.4 billion people are learning English right now. Roughly 300 million are learning every other language combined. We acquired the #1 brand in the category — an English learning company doing nine figures in revenue and serving millions of learners. And we're rebuilding the entire thing — platform, product, company — from the ground up.

This setup almost never exists. Startups spend years chasing revenue. Companies with revenue can't get out of their own way. We have the distribution and cash flow of an established business and the blank slate of a day‑one startup. English fluency is the most direct income increase there is: people who speak it earn conservatively 30% more. AI has finally made it possible to teach it well  intend to be the ones who do it.

You’ll own a major part of the business, beginning to end. Not a feature. Not a ticket queue. A whole area of the company: the customer problem, the product decisions, the code, and the metric that says it worked. You’ll ship to paying customers within weeks of walking in the door, and you’ll work directly with the founding team every day.

The highest-impact people of the next decade have business context and are technical enough to go get shit done. AI has collapsed the distance between understanding what should exist and making it exist — one person with judgment and Claude Code can now do what used to take a team. We're building this company out of exactly those people.

• Technical and product‑minded. You can take a fuzzy business problem and drive it all the way to shipped software, without a committee.
• Deep in Claude Code or Codex. Daily use, real things shipped. If you aren't, please don't apply.
• In person, in Miami, five days a week. Founding teams don't happen over Zoom. We'll help you relocate — Miami has no state income tax, year‑round sun, and is the business capital of the market we serve.
• A traditional background as an engineer or product manager. Helpful, not required.
• Startup experience in the Bay Area or New York.
• Spanish or Portuguese.
• You've built or founded something of your own. Even if it didn't work.
